Terms & Conditions

1. Course Enrollment & Commitment

• • Students must commit to 4 hours per week of study time for regular coursework
• • During examination periods, students must commit to 6 hours per week
• • Course fees are R1000/month per subject or R1500/month for both subjects
• • Payment is due monthly in advance

2. Student Conduct & Behavior

• • ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY: Any form of fighting, violence, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate expulsion
• • Disrespectful behavior towards instructors or fellow students is prohibited
• • Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty will result in course failure
• • Students must maintain professional communication at all times

3. Attendance & Participation

• • Minimum 80% attendance required to maintain enrollment
• • Students must notify instructors 24 hours in advance for planned absences
• • Excessive absences may result in course suspension
• • Active participation in class discussions and projects is mandatory

4. Payment Terms

• • Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of each month
• • Late payments incur a R100 penalty fee
• • Non-payment for 30 days results in course suspension
• • No refunds for partial months or early withdrawal

5. Course Materials & Equipment

• • Students must provide their own computer/laptop meeting minimum specifications
• • Course materials and software licenses are included in fees
• • Students are responsible for maintaining their equipment
• • Lost or damaged materials must be replaced at student's expense

6. Intellectual Property

• • All course materials remain property of NexGen Agency
• • Students may not share, distribute, or sell course content
• • Student projects and code remain student property
• • NexGen Agency may use student work for promotional purposes with permission

7. Termination & Expulsion

• • Immediate expulsion for: Fighting, violence, threats, or illegal activities
• • Suspension for: Repeated misconduct, excessive absences, or non-payment
• • Students may withdraw with 30 days written notice
• • No refunds upon expulsion or voluntary withdrawal

8. Limitation of Liability

• • NexGen Agency is not liable for student equipment damage or loss
• • Course completion does not guarantee employment
• • Students participate at their own risk
• • Maximum liability limited to course fees paid
